By accessing and using DuAsk's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

DuAsk provides an AI assistant service specifically designed for Web3 and blockchain project operations. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI-powered conversation and assistance
• Blockchain operational guidance
• Web3 project management tools
• DeFi mechanics understanding and support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

3. Subscription and Payment

Our services are available on a subscription basis. By subscribing to DuAsk, you agree to the following:

• You will be charged either monthly ($19.9/month) or annually ($199/year) based on your selected plan.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except within the first 3 days of your initial subscription (money-back guarantee).
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the next billing cycle.

4. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal activities or to promote illegal actions
• Upload or transmit any content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Use our AI assistant to generate harmful, abusive, or unethical content
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Automate interactions with our service without our express permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by DuAsk and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

While you retain ownership of the content you input into our system, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuAsk and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any actions taken based on information provided by our AI assistant
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any third-party products, services, or content referenced through our services

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
